Margaret "Marge" Jayne Rogers, 90, of Idaho Falls, died Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at Good Samaritan Nursing Society Idaho Falls Village of pneumonia. She was born November 16, 1920 in Enid, Oklahoma, to Raymond Arthur Iddings and Sarah Jeanette Jayne. She was raised in Oklahoma as a child and then the family moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming. She attended Cheyenne High School. On March 27, 1937, she married Donald Rogers in Kimball, Nebraska. They made their home in Cheyenne where they raised their family and Don worked for the Union Pacific Railroad. Marge was a homemaker and took care of the children while Don served overseas during World War II. Don died in 1993. Marge has resided at Lincoln Court in Idaho Falls for the past two years. Marge loved playing cards with her friends, the early Spring flowers, bird watching, and she especially enjoyed going for rides in the mountains in the Fall to see the colors changing. She is survived by the following: sons: Don Rogers of Idaho Falls and Tom (Lou) Rogers of Littleton, Colorado; daughter, Judy (Durk) Clayton of Idaho Falls; granddaughters: Kristine (Erwin) Prouse of Belgrade, Montana, Debbie Henscheid of Idaho Falls, Jody (Dale) Milton and Leslee (Skitter) Macygin both of Houston, Texas; grandsons: Steven (Carla) Dunthorn of Idaho Falls, Brad Rogers of Littleton, Colorado, and Eric Beggs of Northglenn, Colorado; 19 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
