Marlee Marion Dixon, 11, of Idaho Falls, died on June 25, 2016 in her father and mother's arms at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.

After an A.T.V. accident, God's will continues to be done. Family's, friends and community relationships grew with God. Marlee's  favorite verse was Colossians 3:17, "And whatever you do whether in word and deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus giving thanks to God the Father through him."

Her selfless attitude was an example of her childlike faith. Many others will live because of her organ and tissue donation.

Marlee was a straight A student at Watersprings Christian School. She played all sports and enjoyed music, Minecraft video game and playing with her 3 dogs: Indie, Anna and Jones.

She is survived by her parents, Devin and Shyla Dixon; a sister, Taeya Dixon; grandparents: Wes and Roxanne Smith of Idaho Falls and Lana & Bill Dixon of Downey and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be greatly missed by each and every one.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. at Tautphaus Park shelter #1 Thursday afternoon.
