Mary Norma Connolly, 86 of Idaho Falls died early Thursday March 9, 2006 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born January 5, 1920 in Dinuba, CA to Dea K. and Magdeline Giddings. She was raised on their grape ranch and graduated from Dinuba High School in 1938.

She graduated from Heald Business College in Oakland CA.

She married Gerald L. Connolly in Carson City, NV in August of 1941. They lived in Oakland, CA until 1979 when they moved to Idaho Falls.

Mary was in retail sales all her life working for Montgomery-Wards in Oakland for over 20 years and enjoyed working at the Antique Gallery in Idaho Falls for the last 18 years.

She is survived by her two sons, Gary and Larry Connolly six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Coltrin Funeral Home 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls at 11:00 AM on Sat 3-9-06 In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Lung Association, Boise, ID or online at lungusa.org.
