Mary Elsie Moitozo, 94, of Idaho Falls passed away August 30, 2012 at Life Care Center of Idaho Falls. She was born December 3, 1917, one of six daughters, to Manuel and Maria Estrella Bothelo in Newport, Rhode Island. She grew up and attended schools there. Mary married Anthony G. Moitozo on July 1, 1939 in Newport. They moved to California in 1962 where they resided until moving to Idaho Falls in 1991. Anthony passed away in Idaho Falls in 1994. She could often be seen working in her yard, which is a beautiful testimonial to her lifelong love of gardening. Survivors include her two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Mary) Kochan of Idaho Falls and Mrs. Larry (Emily) Robbs of Hacienda Heights, California; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. To honor Mary's final wishes, her family will hold a private memorial service. Arrangements were under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary in Idaho Falls.
