Obituary
Nancy Patricia Huddleson Wray, 68, of Idaho Falls, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at Hospice Home. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
Nancy was born on January 31, 1947, in Minot, North Dakota, to Dale and Kathryn Huddleson. She went to McKinley Elementary School and graduated from Minot High School.
On April 10, 1971, she married Stanley R. Wray, in Idaho Falls. They had one daughter, Denise. Stan passed away in 2000.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Nancy enjoyed working with the Girl Scouts of America. Not only did she work with children in grades 2nd through 9th, she was an adult troop leader and Coordinator for ten years. Nancy also enjoyed doing volunteer work in the public schools.
She enjoyed camping, reading, puzzles, gardening and music. Her great enjoyment was with her granddaughter, Samantha, and her numerous nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her daughter, Denise M. Wray, her granddaughter, Samantha R. Wray, both of Idaho Falls, ID; her two sisters, Linda (Bob) Sundberg, of Minot, ND, Allie (T.K.) Thompson, of Los Alamos, NM; her brother, Dale P. (Kathy) Huddleson, of Cedar Rapids, IA; her Mother-in-law, Mary Wimber, of Plano, TX; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley R. Wray, and her parents, Dale and Kathryn Huddleson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 23, 2016, at Watersprings Church, 4250 South 25th East, Idaho Falls, with Pastor Rick Brown officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2016, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, and one hour prior to services tomorrow at the church. Burial will be at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.
