Norma Emelibelle Perks, 70, Idaho Falls resident, passed away Dec. 3, 2010, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1940, to Emmett Clayburg and Leona Rogers Clayburg in Topeka, Kansas. She is survived by her husband, Jerry A. Perks of Idaho Falls; son, Jerry L. (Diane) Perks of Taylorsville, Utah; and brothers: Howard (Adela) Clayburg of Oxnard, California, and Steven Clayburg of Idaho Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Don and Jack, and a sister, Carol. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First, Idaho Falls, Idaho. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the services.
