Phillip Thomas Miller, 72, of Idaho Falls, died June 30, 2008 at Life Care Center.
Graveside Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2008, at the Ammon Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10-11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2008 at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. Idaho Falls.
