Reneé Dutson Kohler, 87, of Idaho Falls, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at home. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.

Reneé was born on July 20, 1931, to Eben Grant and Vanetta Olson Dutson in Logan, Utah. She grew up in Nibley, Utah. She graduated from South Cache High School in 1949.

On August 10, 1950, she married Kay Clair Kohler in Victor, Idaho. To this union 4 children were born: Kim, Kristine, Layne and Ryan. They were later divorced.

Reneé lived in Idaho Falls most of her life where she worked for Rogers Brothers, ZCMI, B Dalton Books, Artistry in Oak and for the Idaho Falls Temple.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Reneé enjoyed several hobbies. Her favorite being reading, puzzles, crocheting, painting and sewing. Her family was her pride and joy and the love of her life. She enjoyed anytime she could spend with her family relaxing or playing.

She is survived by her children: Kim (Susann) Kohler of Shelley, Idaho, Kristine Denning of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Layne Kohler of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Ryan (Dani) Kohler of Ammon, Idaho; 3 sisters; Larue Wilcox (Hatch deceased), Rose Ann Womack (Brent), and Gayla Hovey (Arlan); 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Elaine; and her grandson, Kameron Denning.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 29, 2018, at Ammon 1 ^st Ward, 3000 Central Ave., Ammon.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.
