Rhonda Lynne (Lepper) Claybaugh, of Idaho Falls, passed away on July 16, 2026.

Rhonda was born to Chuck and Janice Lepper on April 30, 1967, in Cortez, Colorado. She is the youngest of 3 children; she has 2 older brothers, Rod and Bob Lepper. She grew up in Colorado, where she attended Montrose High School and graduated in 1985. She later moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1986. She met the love of her life, George Claybaugh, in 1989, and they were married in February of 1990. She then became a bonus mom of 2 girls, Nicole and Lexie. In July of 1991, they welcomed their 3rd child, Angel.

Rhonda was a valued employee with Walmart for years until she medically retired in 2000. This allowed her to be home and focus on her family.

Rhonda is survived by her mother, Janice (Cochrane) Lepper; brother, Bob (Jeanette) Lepper; husband, George Claybough; 3 daughters: Nicole, Lexie, and Angel; 5 grandchildren: Jason, TJ, Alex, Sakari, and Penelope; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father Chuck, her brother Rod, and many aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the care of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls.
