Richard Louis Gneiting, 73, of Rigby, died July 20, 2015 at his home. He was born Dec. 28, 1941 to L.F. and Alta Jensen Gneiting. Richard grew up and attended schools in Menan. He graduated from Rigby High School. After high school he joined the National Guard, and was a member of the 116th Engineer Company. He married Carol Pickett, and they were later divorced. He enjoyed camping, hunting, especially hunting mountain goats, just being in the outdoors and flying planes. Richard loved horses and horse racing. He valued his friends and family. He enjoyed spending time with them, and appreciated all the things they did to help him. As a family we would like to express our gratitude to his friends who took the time and effort to help him.
