Rita Anne Yeiter, 52, of Idaho Falls, died Friday, April 8, 2011, at her home in Idaho Falls. She was born September 19, 1958, in Whittier, California to O. Jack Demuth and Diane Sandidge Demuth. She grew up in Orangevale, California, and Idaho Falls. She attended Idaho Falls High School and Eastern Idaho Vocational Trade School. On August 26, 1980, Rita married James Yeiter in Elko, Nevada. She was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church. Rita enjoyed gardening and mechanics and was uniquely herself. She was full of life and loved her animals. She is survived by her husband, James Yeiter of Idaho Falls, a daughter, Jaclyn (Greg) Holzmer of Texas; her parents, Jack and Diane Demuth and a sister, Lisa (Philip) Lau all of Idaho Falls; nephews: Tony (Jessica) Lau and Michael Lau both of Utah. Services will be at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011, at the Hope Lutheran Church and School, 2071 12th St., Idaho Falls with Pastor Reinke officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Idaho Falls Animal Services, 2450 Hemmert, Idaho Falls, ID 83402.
