He was born May 2, 1966, in Battle Creek, Michigan to Gary Dwight Elliott and Linda Baker Elliott. He grew up in Michigan and graduated from Marquette High School in 1984. Following high school, he joined the Air Force. He attended Idaho State University and Boise State University.

He is survived by life partner, Dan Williams of Idaho Falls; step-mother, Becky Rouse; sisters: Dawn Elliott, Jamie Rauch, and Tammy Rauch (Shayne Warmack); a brother, William Elliott; 3 nieces, Jadessa Elliott, Shyanne Warmack, and Adrianna Warmack; and one nephew, Max Warmack-Rauch all of Battle Creek, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by parents, Gary Elliott and Linda Baker.

Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2006 at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Battle Creek, Michigan.
