Ronald Eugene Brown finished his earthly mission on January 22, 2019. He passed away at his home in Rigby, Idaho, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 43 years old.

Ron was born on August 12th, 1975 in Crane, Missouri. He was the oldest child of Ronnie and Sonya Brown. He attended Crane High School. He married Trisha Brandenburg and they had one daughter together, Niki Brandenburg. Eventually they divorced. In 2006, Ron moved to Alaska and married Amber Gustafson. Amber had a daughter, Nekyia ("Nikki") from a previous marriage, who Ron happily raised as his own. Ron and Amber also welcomed a son, Gavin, in 2007.

Ron was a skilled electrician and worked hard to develop and hone his craft. He was teachable and trusted in his work. In 2006 he began as an apprentice, doing residential work for A & K electric. He eventually went on to become a commercial journeyman electrician at Flint Hills refinery in North Pole, Alaska. Ron also loved relaxing in nature. He was most content in the outdoors, as long as he was near a lake or river. He loved fishing and camping with his family. He was well loved by everyone who knew him, and was the type of person who would do anything for anyone.

Ron is preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Rosie Brown and Uncle Stevie Mcelwee.

He is survived by his wife Amber, his daughters: Niki Brandenburg and Nikki (Alex) Tilman; his two grandchildren: Kodan and Aubrey Tilman; his son Gavin Brown; his grandparents Roy and Delores Mcelwee; parents Ronnie and Sonya Brown; his sisters: Rosa Moore and Wendy Brown, and his brother Joseph Brown;

as well as his aunt Tonya Cantwell and many other, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
