Obituary

Ronald Harold Loveland, 62, of Ammon, died Friday, October 26, 2007 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

Ron was born September 5, 1945 in Ogden, Utah to Harold and Carrie See Loveland. He grew up and attended school in Ammon and graduated from Bonneville High School. After high school, Ron served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.

Ron was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He worked as a construction worker. His hobbies included fishing. He was a champion of the little people, and loved children,and to him that is who the little people were.

He is survived by his daughter, Marjorie Wood (Forrest) of Simms, MT; a son, Shane Loveland (Cali) of Idaho Falls; 3 brothers, Steve Loveland (Valerie) of Ammon, Allan Loveland (Ellen) of Orem, UT, Robert Loveland (Paula) of Ammon; one sister, Debbie Crumb (James) of Ammon; and his father Harold Loveland of Idaho Falls.

Private Family Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2007, at the LDS Chapel, 3000 Central Ave. in Ammon. Military Rites will be provided by the Bonneville County Veterans Team and the Idaho Honor Guard. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.coltrinmortuary.com
