Shane Eugene Storer, 69, of Idaho Falls, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho.

Shane was born June 1, 1953, in Downey, Idaho to Norman Eugene Storer and Harriet Bird Storer. He grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and St. Anthony, Idaho. He attended high school in St. Anthony and Ashton.

In 1972, Shane married Kathy Storer in Houston, Texas. They divorced in 1979.  Shane made his home in Phoenix, Arizona, St. Anthony, Ashton, Arimo, Idaho Falls, and Boise. He worked as a Bar Tender, worked in spuds, and as a furniture mover.

Shane enjoyed riding his Harley and working on his Harley, he also enjoyed crocheting and barbequing and just being with family and friends. "At his core, he was a gentle human being who loved animals, real friends, and family."

Shane is survived by his daughter, Jailynn Williams of Pocatello, Idaho; son, Michael John Storer of Idaho Falls, Idaho; stepdaughter, Heather Williams of Boise, Idaho; stepson, Cody Williams of Boise, Idaho; stepson, Michael Shane (Fay-Lynn) Storer of Limestone, Tennessee; sisters: Ronda Storer (Glen) Gruver of Rigby, Idaho and Rebecca Storer (John) Estes of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his brothers: Johnny Storer of Kuna, Idaho; Eddie (Tonya) Hyer of Boise, Idaho, and Casey (Kristen) Storer of Silverton, Oregon; and 4 grandchildren. Shane has many he calls his brother, his daughter, and his son he loved each of you!

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Storer; his mother, Harriet Hyer; his sister, Rayleen Storer; and his daughter, Serena Todd.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.coltrinmortuary.com .
