Shirley Ann Williams, 72, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away at her home on March 14, 2016 of pancreatic cancer. Hearts for Hospice had assisted her family with her care.
Shirley was born November 4, 1943, in Idaho Falls, the daughter of Harve Boyenger and Virginia Lockes Boyenger. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls, California and Montana.
On July 12, 1960, she married Daniel Kenneth Weeks in California. They later divorced. In March 1963, she married Gerald Leo Guthrie. They later divorced. In July 1972, she married Kenneth Richard Williams. They later divorced.
Besides living in Idaho Falls, Shirley lived in Arco, Blackfoot, Shelley, Idaho, and in Montana, California and Minnesota. She worked giving homecare, a bartender, as a maid at the Westbank and the Aschliman's Shelter home as well as a temporary security guard at the site. She was a foster mother of 13 children.
She loved animals, flower gardens and going to Ft. Hall to play the slot machines.

She is survived by a son, James Vernon (Paula) Williams of Blackfoot; a daughter, Trenna Lynn (Brian) Kester of Idaho Falls; 2 grandchildren and 1 step-grandchild, 1 great-grandchild and 7 step-great grandchildren, and her cat, Charley.
Shirley was preceded in death by a son, her parents, and a brother.
Private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls, ID.
