Obituary

Teddie Lou White, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024, at the Life Care Center of Idaho Falls.

Teddie was born on September 27, 1934, in Rexburg, Idaho, to James Harold White and Ila Luella Clark White. She grew up in Teton, Idaho. She attended and graduated from South Fremont High School. Teddie continued her education and became a Licensed Practical Nurse.

She married Eugene Paul Reynolds.  As a newlywed she lived in Augsburg, Germany while her husband served in the United States Army. She was able to tour Europe while they were stationed there. After they left the Army, they lived in Pocatello, Idaho. They were later divorced. She moved to Idaho Falls where she remained the rest of her life.

Teddie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served on the Bonneville Humane Society Board of Directors. She also worked in the administration office of the Boy Scouts of America. She loved animals, and she rescued many cats, kept the squirrels well fed, and volunteered at the animal shelter.

She is survived by her daughters: Clarissa Reynolds of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Cynthia (Mark) Garriott of Shelley, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her son, Paul Eugene Reynolds.

Private graveside services will be held under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls. A Celebration of Teddie's Life will be held in the spring. Online condolences may be sent to www.coltrinmortuary.com.
