Thane D. Winder, 47, of Idaho Falls, died August 9, 2010, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born February 7, 1963, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Nathan Winder and Genevieve Burwell Winder. He was raised and attended schools in Idaho Falls. He attended Idaho Falls High School. On August 24, 1996, he married Karla Rackham in Idaho Falls. Most recently, Thane worked for Industrial Hose & Fittings. He loved to go camping, fishing and hunting. He is survived by the following: wife, Karla Winder;a step-daughter, Tiffany Rackham-Swaner; a step-son, John Anderson;and 2 grandchildren; Trevin and Tandyn Swaner. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dallas Winder. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2010, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends from 7-9:00 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2010, and Tuesday one hour prior to the services both at Coltrin Mortuary. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
