IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Thelina Salonge
Roach
February 4, 1981 – July 14, 2025
Thelina S. Roach, 44, formerly of Helena, Montana, passed away peacefully at her home in Idaho Falls on Monday, July 14, 2025.
Thelina was born on February 4, 1981, on Eglin Air Force Base, in Florida, to Andy and Darane Harrell. Growing up in a military family, she lived in many different places throughout her childhood, experiences that shaped her adventurous and adaptable spirit. She graduated high school in 1999.
On June 3, 2016, Thelina married the love of her life, Lee Roach, in Helena, Montana. Thelina especially enjoyed her time working at the Post Office in Montana. She and Lee shared a deep faith and were members of the Jewish community.
An avid lover of the outdoors, Thelina found joy in swimming, kayaking, hiking, and rappelling, a passion introduced to her by Lee. She often spoke of her dream to go skydiving one day. Her compassion extended to all animals, especially strays, whom she welcomed with an open heart, Lee often joked that he was one of them. Despite her kindness, she had an amusing fear of rabbits.
Thelina was known for her sharp intellect and dark sense of humor. She found beauty in life's simple pleasures and brought light and laughter to those around her.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Lee Roach, and son Dylan Ribble of Nebraska
