Thelma Louise Ising, 85, of Idaho Falls, died Friday, October 11, 2013, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born on August 9, 1928, in Los Angeles, California, to John Victor Kemp and Sadie Sechrist Kemp. She was married to Richard Ising for over 50 years before his passing. She is survived by the following: Daughter, Patricia A. McCammon of Idaho Falls; Granddaughters: Lyndsay M. Ising of San Jose, California, and Tamra Ising Martinez of Bull Head City, Arizona; a niece, Vickie Laufbaum of Camarillo, California; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents and her 2 sons: Bruce G. and Mark K. According to her wishes, no services will be held.
