He was born December 26, 1968 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Ron Romrell and Jan McBride Romrell. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho, Utah, and Colorado. He graduated in 1987 from Arapahoe High School in Littleton, Colorado. He attended Ricks College and the University of Utah.
On December 28, 1990, he married Cynthia Lynn Bromley in the Washington DC LDS Temple.
He had worked for Ricks College, Primary Children's Hospital, UPS, Kingston Produce and the Post Register.
He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he had served as Elders Quorum President, in youth leadership, and as a Gospel Doctrine teacher. He served in the Japan Fukuoka Mission.
He loved basketball and enjoyed golf and all other sports. He cherished all activities that involved his children. Reading was a favorite pastime.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Romrell; his children: Brittnee, Jeremy, Bryan, Jacob, and Hunter Romrell all of Idaho Falls; his parents, Ron and Jan Romrell of Idaho Falls; brothers: Jason Romrell of Eagle, Idaho; Heath Romrell of Salt Lake City; and Matt (Lisa) Romrell of Las Vegas, NV; sisters: Stacee (Justin) Cook of Justin, TX; and Kellee Romrell of Idaho Falls. Grandparents: Roy and Blanche McBride, and Helen Romrell all of Idaho Falls.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Milton A. Romrell. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 10, 2007, at the Idaho Falls LDS 31st Ward, 1165 Azalea Dr. with Bishop Richard Stewart officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:30- 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 9, 2007, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls. A benevolent account has been set up for the Cindy Romrell family at Washington Mutual. Donations can be made to the family at any Washington Mutual.
