Tristan Lee Ashby, 8 months, of Idaho Falls, died Thursday, September 3, 2009, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. He was born January 1, 2009, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Steven Ashby and Kayla Haslam Ashby. He lived his short life in Shelley and Ammon. He is survived by his mother, Kayla Ashby of Ammon; his father, Steven Ashby of Omak, Washington; sisters: Kira Larimer of Ammon; Shayla Dunting of Omak, Washington; a brother, Levi Ashby of Ammon; grandparents: Max and Deb Haslam of Shelley; Judy Clark of Ford, Washington; and great-grandparents, Larry and Phyllis DeGarlais of Idaho Falls and Lavore Haslam of Shelley. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 10, 2009 at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. Idaho Falls.
