Obituary

Weston "K" Robison, 71, of Ammon, died November 28, 2007, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

He was born May 10, 1936, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the son of Roy A. and Evelyn Molen Robison. He grew up in the Ammon and Bone, Idaho, area. He graduated from Bonneville High School in 1954, and attended BYU in Utah for about a year and a half.

He married Jean E. Liljenquist Dec. 30, 1959, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. They made their home in Ammon where he farmed and ranched in the Ammon and Bone area. Later he owned and operated K.V.S. Sports and North 40. He was an excellent salesman and a very hard worker.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and had served as a missionary in the Great Lakes Mission. He was a High Priest, a veil worker in the Idaho Falls Temple, and taught in various callings. He was an Eagle Scout and attended the Second National Boy Scout Jamboree in 1950. He was also a member of the Serenada Dance Club.

He loved basketball and was an official for high schools and church. He loved to garden, and to share his produce with his friends, to grow trees, and to do carpentry work including building their family home. He enjoyed snowmobiles and boating and he loved to play with his cats.

He had a heart of gold and would do anything for people. He loved his wife, his children and grandchildren. He was a "jack of all trades". He could fix anything, and would stay with it until it was accomplished.
