He was born February 3, 1968 in Idaho Falls to Everett Carroll Neeley and Norma Ann Atwood Neeley. He grew up in Idaho Falls and attended Idaho Falls High School.

On April 2, 2003, he married Margene Turner. They were later divorced. He lived in Shelley for the last 11 years. He worked at Ritter Community Park where he enjoyed keeping the park nice and making others happy.

He enjoyed fishing, camping, building decks and playing pool.

William was a kind and loving person who did everything he could for friends and family.

He is survived by the following: mother, Norma Neeley; sisters: Linda Neeley and Carol Neeley; a brother, Jerry (Belinda) Neeley all of Idaho Falls and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2008, at Fielding Memorial Park under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St. in Idaho Falls.
